Acer has jumped aboard the nettop revolution Stateside with a brand new AspireRevo R3610-U9012, where this extremely compact nettop has a volume of all but one liter. The Mimo 720-S is the touch screen version of the freshly minted Mimo 710-S USB auxiliary screen. It’s a 7″ 800 x 480 USB monitor but it’s been redesigned to fold flat against its base to protect the screen and to give you multimonitor mwa-ha-ha wherever you deploy. The price of portability is a decrease in versatility as the screen can still be rotated but you lose the height adjustment. No word on price as yet but the non touchscreen version is US$149.99 and available now for shipping around the end of August.

What a sweet little monitor, did you grow it yourself? The Mimo Mini USB Monitor plugs, surprisingly enough, into your computer’s USB port and therefrom delivers a 7 inch portrait or landscape image of whatever you wish to display separate from your main screen.
