Remember those magnetic key holder things from the 80’s ye olden days that let you hide a key under your car in a magnetic case? Great idea for locking your stuff in your car and not having to take your keys with you, not really secure though. Now there’s Hitch Safe, a secure and secret place to stash your valuables and keys in your car.
The Hitch Safe slides into the trailer hitch receiver after you have removed the tow ball attachment. The safe is secured with two bolts that hold the safe into the hitch and prevent it being removed unless it’s unlocked. The safe is made of coated metal and the dials are chrome so it won’t rust. The safe is large enough to hold cash, car keys or even credit cards and it’s all secured via a 4 digit code so you don’t need to take your keys with you. Great for bushwalkers, surfers, divers or anyone who keeps locking themselves out of their car.
